1970 – Where It All Started

Thinking back on my life and all the things I have seen or heard over the years, I thought it would be not only fun but also educational to start a blog or section of blogs that documents it all. I am excited about gaining a greater knowledge of all the things that have changed and been invented or become obsolete, to reflect on all the news stories that I have followed, learned of or read about in history books, the different laws that have been passed and the growth in our economy along with its downfalls. This will include all that I can remember, all that I’ve learned and everything in between, starting in 1970, the year I was born.

My new doctor didn’t know what she was talking about, I had never been allergic to anything in my life and I always ate healthy; consuming fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain pasta, wheat bread, and lean meats full of protein with a handful of vitamins and plenty of water to wash it all down. That was my life every day, along with exercise, very little sugar and plenty of sleep. Isn’t this what every health and wellness book lays out for us on our quest to remain youthful and robust?
