Homemade dark chocolate chips, a comfy blanket and a good book–sounds good to me! I love the taste and texture of these and eventually I’m going to do some baking with them but for now they’re a healthy after dinner snack that hits the spot. Enjoy!

This show was extremely eye-opening as to way we should treat others in their time of need, regardless of the situation. I was blessed beyond measure having been a part of it.
This meal has a lot of flavor to offer. The recipe itself can be baked in the oven or cooked on a stove top. It turns out great either way but I love the ease of a crockpot while I’m cleaning or working about the house. Before cooking, consider doubling the sauce because it’s truly wonderful on cauliflower rice and steamed vegetables like broccoli.
