I made this one afternoon when we had some guest coming for lunch. It was BBQ chicken wings on the grill, sweet tea and good conversation. Good conversation that still has them talking and it’s talk all about this sauce. This is for you, Michelle, Gail, Cody……… Enjoy!
1 cup homemade healthy ketchup (Find recipe Here)
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 Tbsp.ground mustard
1/2 tsp, sea salt
1/2 tsp, garlic powder
1. In a medium saucepan mix together all ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer.
2. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate.
