Jesus, as a human being, had no power within himself to heal anyone, He did so as a dependent, limited person, just like you and I, trusting in and believing in the life of God and the power of God to be at work within Him and through Him. It is only because Jesus rested in His relationship with God, in His communication with Him, in their co union, that He was able to express Gods heart and will into any and all circumstances. Every human being is designed to live out their lives in this way. Jesus, like yourself, had the freedom to choose.
The calendar has come into conversation a lot, just in researching the history of the Easter holiday so it’s been on my mind. During my research and over the last couple of years I’ve been told by many friends and associates, including some that are leaders in the church, that the calendar is different today than it was in the day that the Ten Commandments were given, so wanting details, I did a little research and learned some truly shocking facts about the calendar.
