Chinese Broccoli Beef is one of those old favorites that I miss the most about treating myself. The use of soy and MSG in Chinese cooking makes it incredibly unhealthy which eliminates it from my diet totally. Plantains are new to my diet and I was hooked after the first bite! These little treats are fantastically flavorful. They take a little bit to put together but are definitely worth it. Makes approximately 30 truly, all natural , super delicious bites that all of your friends will enjoy. Continue reading Plantain Bites

Every time I see something green and mushy, it reminds me of Linda Blair and the movie The Exorcist! I wasn’t just traumatized, this girl was totally ruined!
Here’s the recipe y’all have been asking me to share. These are a great treat if you need something sweet without the guilt. Only three ingredients so it doesn’t get any healthier, tastier, or any easier. I super love these fresh out of the refrigerator. They freeze well too! (Serves 12)
