5 large cans of organic white chunk canned chicken
15 oz. can organic diced tomatoes with onions
15 oz. can organic lima beans (drained and rinsed)
15oz. organic rotel original (mild)
1 pint organic V8 juice (more to thin)
15 oz. organic cream style corn
15 oz. organic whole kernel corn
15 oz. organic chick peas or green peas
- Put all ingredients together in a crockpot.
- Cook on high for about 2 hours and then on low for an hour.
