A cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter night is a pretty wonderful thing and a favorite for most, especially the children, so we need to keep this tasty drink healthy and allergy free for everyone in the family to enjoy. (Makes 2 Healthy Cups)
3 cups almond milk
6 tsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. grade B maple syrup
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
A pinch or two of sea salt
1. Combine all ingredients into a saucepan over high heat.
2. Keep stirring until smooth and piping hot but DO NOT BOIL.
3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
