Sauteed Vegetables

Oh how I love this!! I am not sure where I got this recipe from or when I first made it but I eat it all the time, it is truly that good! Give it a try for yourself, I promise you won’t be disappointed and its super simple!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
½ Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
½ Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 can diced Mushrooms or Chopped Fresh
4 Broccoli Florets, Chopped or 12 oz. Chopped Frozen
½ Zucchini, Chopped
½ Yellow Summer Squash, Chopped
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Chicken Stock

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large pan sauté garlic in olive oil, stirring for 1 minute
2. Add all of the vegetables, soy sauce and chicken stock
3. Stir well and heat until vegetables are fully cooked
