This recipe for Crockpot Fajita Chicken is really easy to make and so super delicious. I like it so much I made two batches and froze it all in single serving containers for eating with salads, lettuce wraps, sandwich wraps, etc. There are so many ways to prepare meals, lunches and snacks with this delicious dish and it’s a super healthy, simply hearty meal for the everyone in the family. These chicken strips are super simple to prepare and they make a great snack. What’s also great is that there’s no measuring here, of any kind, once the strips are marinated, spread them out on a baking sheet and sprinkle a generous amount of the seasonings on both sides.

Add salt if you’d like but loading up on other seasonings is a great way to help reduce your sodium intake. Crockpot Almond Butter Chicken

Paleo Crockpot Almond Butter ChickenThis meal has a lot of flavor to offer. The recipe itself can be baked in the oven or cooked on a stove top. It turns out great either way but I love the ease of a crockpot while I’m cleaning or working about the house. Before cooking, consider doubling the sauce because it’s truly wonderful on cauliflower rice and steamed vegetables like broccoli.
