This dish is really quick and easy to make and it’s super tasty. This is another family favorite that I make often. I also like to make it in batches and freeze it in single serving containers for delicious lunches. If you don’t like broccoli, make it with peas, that’s good too.
Chinese Broccoli Beef is one of those old favorites that I miss the most about treating myself. The use of soy and MSG in Chinese cooking makes it incredibly unhealthy which eliminates it from my diet totally. That is of course until I heard about coconut aminos and read up on them and out came this fantastic recipe.
Plantains are new to my diet and I was hooked after the first bite! These little treats are fantastically flavorful. They take a little bit to put together but are definitely worth it. You can bake the plantains verses frying them if you prefer. You can also top them with fresh cilantro to add a bit more flavor. I’ve tried them both ways and yum yum yum!
