When Bitterness Bites

We shouldn’t be living our lives scarred, or playing victim. What’s important is that we judge ourselves first and make the necessary changes within ourselves and in our lives to live everyday to the fullest, surrounded by those that we love and look up to.

  1. Love this show and this topic!

I think I agree with Lisa on this point. In my opinion, what you, Kerri, were calling anger, For me, I would probably call it grief, as Lisa said. I think I can feel angry without being bitter. But when I’m bitter about or at someone, anger is always underneath it.
