  • Are you ready to connect with your authentic self to better support and lead those around you.

  • Are you confused, overwhelmed and downright tired of trying to navigate everyone else’s high emotions while neglecting your own? Do you find yourself feeling like nothing you do is good enough?

  • Would your relationships, or your workplace benefit from understanding why interactions don’t always go as they should?

As a parent, entrepreneur or community leader......

Does this feel familiar to you? Can you relate?

Does it seem like some people just have it all figured out?

They magically know how to connect with those around them in ways that instill trust and respect. In their presence, everyone seem to be the best version of themselves.

They are just born that way. It’s not a skill they’ve learned or something special they’ve been taught …. Or is it?

And besides all that, you’re not a trauma survivor or a therapist so you don’t work with people who have suffered.

Meanwhile, you’re always on edge, running ragged with no room to catch your breath. It’s meetings and clients and patients and students and kids and running errands and cooking dinner and keeping up on the house and volunteering, and and and….

And sometimes you have no idea who you even are.

Your head is spinning, your body is aching and you’re at your wits end, just trying to hold it all together, just trying to stay healthy enough to do all again tomorrow, to make it another day.

Sometimes you wonder if there’s a better way out there to move forward, a skill or a technique to function peacefully, more grounded, more at ease. And then you cringe and ask yourself, “When would I even have time to focus on that? I don’t have time to put myself first now and get everything done”.

Are you wondering....
  • Why do my employees or co-workers slack off, communicate with attitude, lash out, or clash with each other and customers?

  • Why do my students or my kids struggle with their lessons or seem indifferent about their own future?

  • Why do patients blatantly ignore all you tell them to the detriment of their own health and livelihood?

  • How to raise happy, healthy, content kids that don’t have the above struggles and are well grounded?

In addition you will:

Get an understanding of your needs, what happens when they’re not met and how to meet them in healthy ways.

Every human has specific needs that are often dismissed or simply not recognized by families and culture. These needs begin with the basics you’re already aware of but quickly expand into deep psychological and even spiritual needs.

When one of them is unmet for any reason, your system subconsciously scrambles to get them met in any way possible. While that’s a great superpower of your nervous system, it’s also a double-edged sword because as children we learn to sacrifice ourselves for survival. We do this to keep ourselves safe, to emotionally and physically protect ourselves the best way possible. And even though it’s done a great job getting you this far, it’s an unhealthy way to live as an adult.

So, with knowledge, comes power.

It begins with…

understanding what your needs are,

  • identifying ways they may not have been met

  • learning to recognize the survivor strategies you’ve created and

  • how they are impacting your life today.

Then you get to embrace new, healthy and liberating ways of meeting all of your needs that feel honoring to your authentic self.

“We are born intuitive little beings, with a great love for ourselves and others. We want nothing more than to connect with others and shine our love and light on the world. It’s what we’re most passionate about and we show this by expressing ourselves without apology. Then someone comes along, or our environment tells us we’re not good enough, forcing us to abandon ourselves, to deny the love we have for our personal being, our life, thus derailing our intuition. This leaves us navigating the world in profound fear, surviving in a variety of unhealthy ways, always seeking what we lost. It's time to stand up for yourself and reconnect with who you truly are." - Kerri McKenna Reece

Frequently Asked Questions:

Kerri McKenna Reece

Kerri McKenna Reece is a life and trauma recovery coach, harm reduction specialist, energy leadership master practitioner and mentor coach. She is accredited through both IAOTRC and the ICF.

Kerri intuitively connects deeply with her clients expertly guiding them through a collaborative recovery process. Her expertise provides a measure of freedom from the devastating aftereffects of trauma, while equipping survivors with the tools needed to better heal their wounds and face future challenges.

Kerri has a flare for making people think, stepping into themselves, recognizing their own intuition, enabling them to uncover their true authentic self, their inner capacity, resilience, and sense of wellbeing, while equipping survivors with the tools needed to better heal their wounds and face future challenges.

We are required to take language arts and grammar classes every year throughout school, yet we are never taught how to actually communicate.

That is exactly what the TraumaWell Program does.

Trauma is the ultimate disconnector of self, intuition, relationships, and interactions. Consider how EVERY OTHER SPECIES seems to just know how to live and thrive.  Like us, they learn through their parents and culture, yet they don’t have so many of the struggles that we do.  Why?

This program gets to the bottom of that. It teaches you how to reconnect with your intuition; your authentic self, enabling you to heal and flourish like never before and confidently support others in doing the same.

Understanding trauma means connecting with the language of your nervous system. All that you were born instinctively knowing.

Understanding trauma means understanding yourself, your struggles and your pain in ways you never have before.

This program will enable you to gain self- awareness, tap into your own personal strengths, and form non-toxic/non-traumatic interpersonal relationships from a place of compassion, understanding and love.

What students are saying

What an insightful and informative course! Whether you want to learn more about the impact of someone else’s trauma, or your own, Kerri is a great instructor. - Colleen Esposito

I have always felt a disconnect within myself, an emptiness that I never fully understood. I was in therapy previously, to no avail.  I was tired. I needed to understand ME and why couldn't I progress forward in my life mentally/emotionally? Why did I carry so many residual feelings from childhood and trauma that I just couldn't shake off? What was wrong with me? Do others feel this way? When presented with Kerri's Certified Trauma Specialist Training Program, to be honest, I thought to myself, I don't want to coach others when I, myself, am struggling so badly! I secretly and with embarrassment felt defeated that there was NO way I could continue in my professional life to coach, supervise, or counsel anyone. I was crumbling apart and quickly! I needed to do something. Kerri was recommended by a counter partner, and I tried so many other things but never took a course.... so I did! After 51 years on this earth, I FINALLY had clarity! I have FINALLY connected the dots and filled in the empty gaps in my life that now make sense. Kerri truly was put in my path and taught me to understand myself, so that I am able to be more patient, tolerable understanding, and empathetic of others. Kerri's constant motivation and encouragement pushed me to heights I never thought I would reach. All thanks to Kerri for inspiring me to be excellent in all that I do. Thank you for seeing and bringing out the best in me. Thank you for teaching me the skills to be a better human! - Laura Silva
